Real Housewives of Knowledge.0é

The Lecture performance narrates the rituals of generational oral history and its relation to telecommunication. The project looks at the following question: How are embodied family rituals being transformed generationally though the internet?

To have clarity on this research, I embark in a journey where I investigate the telepistemological position of the post-biological body when it comes to generational rituals. I look at how distance influence knowledge, belief and experience. This distance is discussed due to my own position as a Lebanese living in the Netherlands, and hence I currently can only experience and learn from my cultural embodied knowledge through telecommunication tools. The second edition focused on bees, tradition and biopolitics.
